kids chillin' in front of the fire. probably the last one of the season. oh, how i love my roarin' fires!
jack helped me make jam the other day. we had to leave all of our homemade jam in seattle. i have really missed it. the strawberries came in really cheap through bountiful baskets, so we stocked up. it didn't quite set up like normal, but it still tastes delicious! jack was an excellent "masher"!
i told jack we would go on an adventure.... so we headed downtown on the 'train' aka tracks. drake and jack had a great time looking out the windows as we whizzed by the buildings.
sophie is so stinkin' cute, she is in such a fun stage right now! i am having so much fun with her. i always felt bad that i missed this stage with jack, laying on the couch and puking. she is saying all sorts of really cute things. every time she wakes up she sings 'morning' over and over again. she comes up and tells me she missed me when i've just been in the other room. she sings along to all of the songs and does the cutest little dances. like i said, so stinkin' cute!
