happy sinterklaus day!

here's sophie & jack sporting their new Christmas jammies! we've got to get some use out of these babies. i wish i had a pair!

they love the puppies they each got from santa last week! it's nice to not have them trying to take each others toys away.

we took a little trip to snowflake lane last week. it was so much fun. the crowds weren't too crazy and jack got to meet all of the 'characters' frosty, rudolph, a penguin, polar bear, and a few drummer boys (on stilts)!

we added another stocking to our mantle this year. my sister had this great idea (so of course i copied her) she made a stocking for Jesus. each year we'll write on some paper a gift that we can give to our Savior for the following year. it's strange seeing all of these stocking hanging from the mantle. we've got our own little family and it's just great.

it's sinterklaus day today! sinterklaus brought some chocolate letters and left them in our wooden shoes last night and a fun new Christmas book. jack was very excited! you can read here about our past sinterklaus days. last year was a little crazy for some reason and i don't have any pictures.
