before... old shake roof, very old and not safe windows, broken shutters.
4 months later... new roof, windows, and shutters (not something we wanted to do now, but good thing we did.... the winter may not have been pleasant)!
close-up of the new shutters. before we just had traditional shutters. i'm very happy with how everything has turned out, and more importantly i'm glad that it's over with. i thought we'd be done with everything at least 2 months ago. still don't know how i feel about the company taking over 4 months. i mean, really!
