matt needed to take a business trip to st.
george so we decided to all head down and enjoy some beautiful, sunny weather. unfortunately it rained almost the entire time we were there. the day we were leaving the sun came out and everything warmed up.... too bad we were leaving. we did a little bit of hiking at pioneer park, which the kids loved! we were able to meet up with a few of my cousins which was so much fun!
on
friday we packed up the car and headed to
vegas. we took a little detour and stopped at hoover dam. it was incredible what they've done there over the past 10 years or so.
i'm glad we got to see the new bridge, amazing. we then headed back to
vegas and had a great time there and really appreciated my aunt and uncle letting us stay at their home. we did some things with the kids on
saturday morning.... circus circus, the dolphins at the mirage. then they were done and we took them home. my aunt had arranged a babysitter for us since they weren't there which was so nice.
matt and i got to spend the night on strip without any kids. i wish i had pictures, but i couldn't find my camera. we went on the new york
rollercoaster, walked around the
bellagio, and many other casinos. we had an awesome dinner and just had fun hanging out. we were so tired and my feet hurt so badly by then end, but we had a great time together!
