Part B... the rest of the house

i've really been missing this pink and blue striped wallpaper!
ahhh.... much better!

we finally hung our new chandelier. i'm very happy with it. it took a lot of shopping around to find what i was looking for. no more gold candlesticks for us!

here's the powder/guest bath before. the carpet was nasty in here and the subfloor was even worse. we ended up ripping everything out and starting over.

now sophie's room!

this carpet was nast-y. there was even a bullet hole in the window.... it was their boys room. they left all the furniture from this room and we kept most of it. it's working out perfectly as jack's room/guest room. we haven't redone the bath in this room or the other bath upstairs so i'll wait to post pictures of those.

can i say how much i love living by down east home. i've scored some sweet deals for bedding there!

this is the third bedroom upstairs. we're currently using it as the kids toyroom, but really it could be the seven dwarfs room with beds lining the wall. a great sleepover room as well!

this room has not been decorated yet and this is how it usually looks with toys scattered across the floor. just how it should be!
