here a lot of pictures from the month of december. there's no time to edit and do a bajillion posts, so i'm combining them all into one! if i don't get these on here now it may never happen. we had a lot of fun this month and kept very, very busy.

sinterklaus day. the kids LOVE their pillow pets. jack takes his 'monk' on a leash... everywhere. so cute!
the annual sinterklaus party. jack was a little frightened, but warmed up once schwarte pete started handing out candy! this is a tradition i've really missed. it was fun to be there. we always have a white elephant party afterwards. i really wanted that snuggie!

matt and i went to the pieter brienholt concert with my sjaanie, jared, bart and canessa. it was fun. this was one of our 'first' dates 7 years ago (has it really been that long)!
we went to my grandmother's care center and did the nativity. it was neat to be there. here is jack (what a cute shepard) too bad he wouldn't participate when the time came. sophie just wandered around and made all the old ladies smile!
our little christmas celebration at my parents before we left for seattle. i don't know why my dad wasn't there. he must have been at bishopric or something like that. my kids got plasma cars and they love them. we pull them out every time it's sunny. even i can ride them and grandma has hopped on there a time or two as well!

amidst all the chaos of remodeling the new house we headed up to seattle to spend christmas with the larson's. it was great to get away and focus on christmas and time with family. we had a lot of fun! isn't jack a cute donkey?!?
sophie didn't really want to participate this time.
we had surprise visitors. the kids were so excited. sophie was freaked out, pretty funny!

christmas morning! my camera was really acting up and most of my pictures are blurry :( the kids had fun. they lost interest when we were almost done and just wanted to play. i guess that means a few less presents next year? jack loves his leap frog books.
sophie loves her corelle doll (it smells so yummy)! she named it 'caliou', if any of you have seen that show. she absolutely loves it and talks to it every morning in her crib.
my kids got this fun retro kitchen from yaya & bapa. isn't it so cute! they have fun playing with it. thanks for a great trip!
