and it's done (hoping nothing goes wrong)!
this is one of those projects that was done out of necessity. no more mold. no more leaky shower. no more leaky toilet. no more rotting wall. and no more sinking floor. i did get to use the shower for the first time this morning and i have to say i felt a bit spoiled! i have to give props to my husband. thank you, thank you, and thank you some more. i know this isn't what you wanted to work on every weekend.oh, the kitchen... in the beginning.

this project was by choice (don't know if we'd choose to do it again though), but when your trusty handy man gives you such a good bid. well, lets just say that it's great not having the big iron burn mark on the counter anymore!one happy day. we worked our tails off yesterday trying to finish up a bunch of projects. we were pooped last night, but relieved at the same time!
