Merry Christmas!

It has been quite a busy year for our family. However, we have felt especially blessed and wanted to share a bit about what has been going on with us!

When not busy laying people off, spending time in the E.R. for finger injuries, or remodeling the house, Matt enjoys playing basketball, watching football, and playing with Jack and Sophie. He feels blessed to still have a job and especially to have a house and loving family to come home to.

Joanna has kept busy adjusting to life with two kids and chasing them around all day long. She has enjoyed working on and decorating the house, working in Y.W., playing with the kids, ‘couponing’, and finding time to squeeze in some blogging, scrapbooking, and sewing. She feels blessed to have the energy needed to ‘keep up’ and to be able to stay home with Jack and Sophie.

Building train tracks, playing with cars, and using his big imagination has kept Jack very busy over the past year. He loves to read books, go potty on the toilet, constantly ask what time it is on the clock, and play with Daddy. He feels blessed because we have, “clocks, lights, trains, feathers, and cake”!

Sophie has been busy growing in every way except for her hair. She loves to eat, babble, do everything with Mommy, eat, play with Jack, and eat some more. She might even be crawling by the time you get this letter. We think she feels blessed to have lots of hugs, kisses, snuggles, and food!

We hope you have a wonderful Christmas and take time out of your busy lives to enjoy all of your many blessings this Christmas season! We sure are!

Love – Matt, Joanna, Jack (3) & Sophie (almost 1)
