here's to blogging

i'm finally attempting some scrap booking. hooray! namely sophie's baby book. i haven't touched jack's baby book since he turned 1 and still have that final page to complete. it's going to be done today. maybe i'm good at starting projects, but not finishing them. anyhow... here's the great thing about blogging (for me anyway). as i'm getting back into scrap booking i've been able to go back in my blog history to see what i was thinking about that day or at that particular event. i'm able to see what pictures were my favorite at the time. i'm not a good journal keeper even after my lesson on it in young womens (i did write an entry though... i'm trying), so this is a great way for me to keep track of things... like what day did jack start walking so i can write it down in his baby book and when did sophie start smiling? so, here's to blogging (and scrap booking)!

also, any thoughts on digital scrap booking? i've switched my family books over to digital. it's just so much easier and less expensive (plus i can take it on the road with me). but, for a baby book? i think i'm going to do a mixture. it's got a name~ tradigi?!? some digi... some traditional. i do have a little bit of the baby paraphernalia i'd like to hang on to.

I am all about traditional...I think it gives more of a personal touch!

So what program do you use for digital scrapbooking?

Let me know how it goes! Jen Johnson swears by digital, but I haven't made the switch!

I love traditional scrapping but I love the ease of digiscrapping. There is hybrid scrapping where you print a digital page and add real elements...I am thinking about doing that, but let's face it, I really don't have the time right now. :(

You are a busy lady and I am tired for you! Just looking at your blogs makes me feel like I need to be doing more. I would like to see more house pictures though!
