this is my "old-time" friend
monica. she and her husband moved here to
washington last
november with their baby. it's been
so wonderful having her live here so close! we grew up in the same ward and she has always been such a dear friend to me. talk about keeping me out of trouble-she was always there keeping an eye out for me. we use to go hiking all of the time with our friends. good times and good memories. it was so fun to be in the great outdoors with her once again!
it was a great hike and a great reminder that we need to do it more often!

Oh man, I can't wait to go on hikes in WA again! I'm so jealous! I had some other friends do the twin falls hike recently, too, and it makes me so homesick! See you soon!!
Yay! This was such a fun hike. I'm glad we went - it felt like we were back in the "olden days." Well...kind of. We don't have the bodies that we used to have in the "olden days." ;)
