21 Days Left

Matt, myself, and Jack are counting down the days that Matt has left of school! Only 21... Hooray! I have a hard time believing that Matt will actually be done next month. I really don't know how those Doctors do it... year after year. I applaud them. So what should we do to celebrate? Maybe a little vacation without Jack?!? Hmmm... we'll have to see. Do you think I could leave my baby overnight? It probably would be good for me...

Another fun thing going on this month is Matt's birthday. OK Matt, I'm going to announce that you're turning 29! Wow! So old... just kidding. Oh, and I cannot forget Valentines Day. I'm going with a pink background this month to celebrate as well as my rain clouds (thanks Joy for making my cute header) to celebrate the rain... or at least I'm trying to be optimistic about it! We'll be heading into spring shortly and that's always something to celebrate. I've almost survived another rainy winter here.

We haven't been up to much lately. Just living and loving life. I am however getting ready for the arrival of my mom this week. I'm so excited for her visit. She hasn't been up here since last January and I can't wait to show off all of my new, fun things to her. Isn't that what mom's are for? I've started a "quiet book" for Jack. I'm hoping it will be done by the time he's old enough to play with it. However, I need my mom's help in sewing part of it (like the zippers and button holes). Maybe she'll teach me as well. It would probably be a good idea to know how to do these types of things. Good thing she'll be here!
