swimming lessons! best money i've spent in a long time... the kids are doing absolutely awesome!
bear lake - matt was able to come up for the 4th of july. the kids had so much fun playing in the water!
visitors! kim, tom & their girls came to utah for a trip and we were able to spend some time with them. the kids had so much fun together. i wish we lived closer! we took the tram at snowbird and hiked down to the chair lift. i think i was the only pregnant one there in a skirt and flip flops hiking. it was great exercise for my calves!
we went up to silver lake two different times. one of the time the kids saw 2 moose! very cool.
katie & colin are moving to VA and richard is moving to TX so we had a little good-bye party for them. it was a lot of fun to be together!

there you have it, july in a nutshell. we mostly go to the pool everyday to cool off!
