matt had to take a business trip to st. george in march so we decided to tag along! we had a fun time. we stopped in bryce canyon on our way down. it was very cold, but beautiful!
we then went on to zions national park. the kids loved throwing rocks into the river.
while matt was busy working, we played. the kids favorite place to visit were the sand dunes up snow canyon. they played and played. it was great!

we stopped by the st. george temple for a quick visit. it was very windy and cold, it was a very quick visit!
it was fun to get away in the midst of feeling so sick. it was good to get home though and sleep in our own beds, in our own rooms!
