here's my boy! riding his bike like a pro... i decided one sunday that jack was riding his strider bike so well that he was ready to move on to a regular bike with pedals. he was a bit nervous at first and didn't want to try it, but once he got the hang of it and the neighbor kids came over, he told me he didn't need me to hold onto him anymore. and... off he went! he does need a bigger bike though he dwarfs his old one. look at this old post from 2009. this is when jack first got this bike, he look so little. 3 years later and he's finally riding it!
jack also started playing soccer with his friend grayson. i didn't know how he'd like it since t-ball was such a bomb last year. he really seems to be enjoying it and will maybe even kick the ball one of these days!
he's growing up. he's had his kindergarten orientation and is so excited to start school in the fall. i will miss him being gone every day. he's still little though and i have to remind myself of that every once in a while.
