only one more left

we only have one bathroom left to remodel now that we've finished jack's/guest. the toilet in this bathroom has been turned off since we bought the house. it had a really bad leak and kept flooding the bathroom. besides it was just ugly to begin with. we knew the floor would have damage because of the leak, but we didn't know quite how nasty it would be.
before... take a look at the pretty brown linoleum.
matt rippping out the floor. the whole thing was black. so gross! we had to kilz the entire floor. then matt removed the wallpaper, patched, mudded, primed, etc.
there it goes!
tada! this bathroom was done on a very low budget. i'm very happy with how it turned out. i don't think it looks like a "low-budget" project. we already had the paint. i primed and painted the oak cabinets and put new knobs on (not a good idea when you feel sick). new tile flooring, moulding and toilet. we had already purchased the light fixture months ago for a really good deal. a new faucet and hooks and we were set!
i couldn't decide how to decorate this bathroom since it's off of jack's bedroom. it only gets used when we have guests though so i didn't want it to be "little boy", but also didn't want it to be too fancy. i thought the bright picture and basket on the counter added some fun (and needed) color. i'm excited to do our last bathroom. it's the kids and will be a lot of fun to decorate. i have some cute ideas that i'm hoping to pull together.

It doesn't look low budget at all! Where do you find them time to do all these projects with little one?!
