matt's grandfather (kerry's dad) passed away on december 3rd, 2011. the following friday matt's sister and brother flew into town and stayed at our house. saturday the 10th was the funeral. clive was such an amazing man. i wish i would have known him longer, he was so genuine and always made me feel good about myself whenever i was around him. he always had fun stories to tell and was so witty. he will be missed, but i'm happy that he can be out of pain now. he lived a good life! his funeral felt like a big party and celebration of his life. it was so fun to see family. after the burial everyone came over to our house. it was a little nuts, but i love being around the larson's. we don't all get to be together very often, and matt cousins and aunts and uncles are a lot of fun!
all 12 cousins in their traditional line up from youngest to oldest! clive would be proud and happy that there are going to be 4 great-grandkids added to the family in 2012.
