we just returned from an over-nighter to our timpine cabin up big cottonwood canyon. i feel so spoiled to have two cabins to go to. we have so much fun and thoroughly enjoy both of them even when we don't get any sleep! we hiked donut falls yesterday afternoon. this is as close as we could get. the water was very high, fast and cold. the kids had fun and we even saw a giant moose about 15 feet off the trail just sitting there and relaxing. the kids were a little frightened. i haven't hiked this since before i met matt. it was perfect for the kids. lots of good memories up there. i wish matt could have been there.

What a fun little get away. So refreshing! It's great to just sit and chat and chat and chat and laugh! Sophie and Sarah are soooo cute together.
