FINALLY! it feels like summer... katie and colin invited us to their cabin for hot dogs & smores. we had so much fun. the kids loved it and were so happy. after dinner we played some horseshoes (which might i add, i'm very bad at). i have so many memories of campfires up the canyon with my friends in high school as well as my family. it's been a long time since we've done something like that and it just felt right!
you'd think my kids had never had smores before. they were in heaven! doesn't sophie look so big. once we ditched her binki about a month or so ago, her front tooth has finally started coming in. it's not quite as awkward anymore.
here's to many more campfires up the canyon. we're thinking about getting a fire pit (one that we can move if we want to) for our back yard as well, don't you think that would be fun?

Love the cabin and the hotdogs and smores! It looks really green. Was there lots of water in the Crick...I mean creek?
Sophie and Jack look so huge! I can't believe how much they both have grown in the past five or six months since I saw you last - especially Sophie!
