so maybe i built it up too much?

last saturday our cute babysitter/young woman planned our 'date night' for us. she has been so excited about it and has been planning it since Christmas. what a cute girl! she's only 15 (almost 16). so... she gave us some gift cards to go to the coolest movie theater ever and she watched our kids all night.

have any of you heard of the gold class cinema?

it's only in a few states. it was SO cool. when we got there they seated us in this beautiful lounge and we ordered drinks and an appetizer while we waited for our movie to start. when it was time to go in someone came and got us and took us to our theater and seated us. ok, there are only 20 seats in the entire theater. the chairs were these plush recliners. there was a little table between the two chairs for our food and drinks. the lady asked us if we wanted any blankets or pillows..... um, yeah! we also ordered dinner (why not splurge a little). they brought us our dinner during the movie. you didn't really notice them coming and going since the theater was so big. the food was d-licious! we saw avatar and it was incredible. the screen was huge and we actually had these really nice 3-D glasses. it was so nice. definitely something we won't ever get to do again, but if anyone has the chance you should try it at least once!

before i forget. i had to take at least a couple of trips to the restrooms. they were so nice. it was like walking into a spa. it smelled so good in there... the soaps... the lotions.... ahhh....

so was it really THE coolest date... probably not, but ONE of the coolest dates ever!
